The course will provide practical solutions to school self review, quality assurance, leadership roles, and reviewing the progress of students. In addition, guidance systems, curriculum models and core roles will be explored which attempt to meet the needs of the student and help raise their skills, aspirations and talents by genuinely looking at learning. Students skills for learning will be promoted through learning how to learn to balance all the unnecessary focus on data. Strategies of leading the school will be balanced by strategies of leading the classroom.
